"I have been very impressed with the software.  There are fewer recoupment issues since People Inc. began using the software.  Our counselors are doing a much better job of preparing notes. People Inc. just successfully completed our quarterly Youth Service audit.  The auditor was very impressed with our new software.  He commented on the flow of the paperwork, neatness of the notes.  He could find everything he needed much easier than the last time he was here, which was about the time we began using ThinkHealth.

"There are fewer denied claims since we began using ThinkHealth.  Denied claims mean we must recoup money from the counselor who did the service.  Several times this counselor has left the company causing us to take the hit on the denied claim.  Very few of the denied claims can not be fixed and resubmitted.  Turnaround on the claims is better.
