Oklahomans have been waiting for SQ802 to be put on the ballot but hasn’t been scheduled. Govenor Stitt still has to set an elelction date but he hasn’t.

Backed in October Oklahomans turned in 313,000 signatures to put SQ802 up to the vote. The campaign passed all the legal hurdles in January..

The last step is for the governor to pass a proclamation on an election date. State law says the meaure will be put on the next general election, which would be the presidential election in November or the governor can call a special election or put this on any of the primary ballots in June or August.

SQ802 has launched a social media and email campaign to pressure the governor to set an election date.

As of now there is still no date set for SQ802 to be put on the ballot.
