For everyone that want to see the rule.  Go to OHCA Web site,  http://www.okhca.org/.  Then look under “About Us” and click the OHCA Board link.   Now go to the VERY BOTTOM and click the “Click here to view a list…” link.  On the next page go to the March 23, 2017 meeting and click on the agenda link.  Open up the PDF and scroll all the way down to page 332 and look at section (E).
