Write your progress notes and collect signatures on Prior Authorizations/Treatment Plans without an Internet connection! The new ThinkHealth-Touch allows you to sync patients that you want to work with, perform their session, write your notes, and have the patient sign with their finger for their treatment plan, all without having an Internet connection.

Download your patient's data directly to your tablet. This gives you the ability to write your notes and have patients sign their Prior Authorizations/Treatment Plans without the burden of an Internet connection. When connectivity is available, simply upload the documents to ThinkHealth whenever it is convenient for you. The next time you log into ThinkHealth on your computer, you can sign your offline notes. Any uploaded documents can be printed at a time of your choosing.

Gone are the days when you have to carry a hotspot with you, or worse, ask the client if you can borrow their Internet. With ThinkHealth-Touch, you can do all of the necessary documents without the constant need for a connection to complete your session.

Progress Notes

As treatment plans are approved in the system or by a state agency, the details also flow through the system and are used by the Progress Notes module. From this module, clinicians can have their staff write and review progress notes - either on or off-site - and the information still flows into the ThinkHealth system.

Treatment Plans

In the Treatment Plan (PA) module, use frequently used phrases that are saved to quickly fill in your treatment plan. When doing an extension, automatically copy the entire plan from the initial to the extension in one click. Depending on the level you choose on the treatment plan, ThinkHealth will check to make sure the CAR or ASI/T-ASI scores are appropriate for the level requested. ThinkHealth will also alert you when your scores don’t match the level they asked for.
