Main Screen & Inbox
This is a view of your "Inbox" from which you can do things such as see patients assigned to you,
look at alerts the system has generated
(Such as the need to send a status request),
receive messages from other user, and
receive messages from the system
(Such as credentials expiring and
Progress Notes ready for review)

To the left are View buttons.
These allow you to view details about
each section: 

  • Patients
  • Office Staff
  • Prior Authorizations (Treatment Plans)
  • Activities & Notes
  • Reporting

Otherwise you can go into the modules themselves and do things such as edit staff, patient,
and prior authorization details.
