Once a Treatment Plan has been approved, a user can begin writing Progress Notes and billing to that Treatment Plan. Like the rest of our application, the data flows from the Patient, PA, and Staff modules, allowing user to enter Progress Notes quicker and more accurately. Users are shown the Treatment Plan problem description, goal description, and objective, for which they can then write a Progress Note. They can fill in details, like Date of Service, Begin Time, Payment Source, etc.

Like all of our modules, there are extensive rules to help users enter in their Progress Notes, quickly and accurately. For instance, the system will warn a user if the note entered overlaps with another Progress Note already in the system. Our system also comes with a Progress Note review processes should the center wish to use it.
