OrionNet Systems attended the OHCA Board Meeting at the Oklahoma HealthCare Authority today and it is still as follows.The proposed emergency rule identified as WF# 16-01 regarding reimbursement for Master’s prepared Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals in independent practice is being removed from the February 11 OHCA Board meeting agenda. As such, public comment regarding this agenda item will also be removed from February’s Board meeting agenda. The proposed rule will be presented as a permanent rule at a public hearing April 1, 2016, at 9 a.m. followed by an OHCA Board meeting at 1 p.m. If you wish to make a public comment at the public hearing on April 1, you may sign up prior to the meeting at the table directly outside the board room. Likewise, if you wish to sign up for public comment at the Board meeting, held at 1 p.m. the same day, you may do so in writing once the Board agenda has been posted and no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Each person will be given 2 minutes to speak at the public hearing. The Board meeting will allow each person 2 minutes for public comment and will be limited to the first 15 people who properly request to speak. Additionally, any person may submit email their comments regarding the Board meeting topics topubliccomment@okhca.org. If comments are received at least 24 hours prior to the meeting, the comments will be passed on to the Board members prior to the meeting.
