As of October 1st
there were some new ICD-10 code updates. This is a list of the codes we
got from a VERY reliable state source. These codes went into affect
10/1/2016. As far as we know the old codes will still be active with CMS
but that does not mean OHCA will approve them for future use.
We will be adding all of
these new codes to your system this coming Friday. Your system will not
need to go down, this is a backend update. We will deploy them as
ACTIVE. We will leave the OLD codes active, since we do not know if you
have any back billing that needs to be done with these. Any codes that
you do not wish to use you can go in and deactivate them.
