OrionNet Systems was EHR
Certified on May 21, 2015, which designates that the software is capable of
supporting eligible providers with meeting the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful
Use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act (ARRA). They continued
the celebration of their EHR Certification by delivering cakes to behavioral
health agencies across Oklahoma.
“Being EHR Certified is like
having a birthday party,” said Clyde Wafford, president of OrionNet Systems.
“And we want everyone to celebrate with us.” The agencies they visited
seemed appreciative of the news that a local vendor was finally certified. “They [agencies] were very
appreciative,” said Jessica Mack, business development and training personnel
of OrionNet Systems. “Obviously because we were bringing them cake, but also
because they were excited about our EHR Certification since many Oklahoma vendors have no
plans to pursue certification.” OrionNet Systems will continue
to celebrate their certification, and they might just bring the party to your
agency next. About OrionNet Systems OrionNet is an Oklahoma small business
