Status of SoonerCare EHR Authentication Rule
The original rule was that record had to be authenticated within 3 days of
being completed.
Change to rule is that record has to be authenticated within 3 days of
service
Rule change is currently at the Governor’s Office
*Update* On Thursday, June 15, the governor issued the declaration of approved
rules.
The rule was approved by the governor.

OHCA Board meetings and times. Look at agenda from March 23rd.On
this agenda if you go page 9 section (E) you can view. It starts 317:30-3-30
Signature requirements. I went to policy for 317:30-3-30 and I don’t see there,
it appears to start at 39.
